摘    要:通过对HZSM-5分子筛的碱液处理,制得具有微-介孔结构的ATZ多孔材料。由XRD、N2吸附脱附和NH3-TPD等表征手段的结果可知,碱处理后HZSM-5的物理化学性质变化明显,ATZ具有较高的外比表面积和较低的酸量。相比PtSn/HZSM-5催化剂,PtSn/ATZ显示了较高的丙烷脱氢性能,这可能是由于ATZ具有相对降低的酸量所致。此外,ATZ上介孔的存在有利于Pt金属颗粒的分散,减少了脱氢反应过程中Pt金属颗粒表面积碳的产生,从而提高了催化剂的脱氢性能。

Influence of the Alkali-treatment of HZSM-5 on Catalytic Performance of PtSn-based Catalyst for Propane Dehydrogenation
Abstract:ATZ porous material with micro-mesopore hierarchical porosity was prepared by alkali-treatment of parent HZSM-5 zeolite and applied for propane dehydrogenation. The zeolites were characterized by XRD, N2-physisorption, and NH3-TPD. The results showed that the alkali-treatment can modify the physicochemical properties of HZSM-5 zeolite. In this case, ATZ showed larger external surface area and less amounts of acid sites than HZSM-5 zeolite. It was found that the alkali-treatment of HZSM-5 zeolite promoted the catalytic performance of PtSn/ATZ catalyst. The possible reason was due to the low acid amount of ATZ. Furthermore, the present of mesopores could reduce the carbon deposits locating on the metallic surface, which was also advantageous to the reaction.
