| 摘 要： | 在实际的板带轧制生产过程中,轧件内部的金属流动情况是很难通过实验的方法得到。利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA显式动力分析软件,在热连轧过程中张力对轧件内部的金属流动影响进行了有限元模拟。对板带材轧制过程中节点的位移矢量和轧制力进行分析,得出了张力对轧件内部金属流动的影响规律,计算结果与现场数据基本吻合,可以为轧制工艺的制定提供参考依据。
