| 摘 要： | 通过PCBN刀具断续切削等温淬火球墨铸铁(ADI)的试验,分析了刃口钝圆半径对PCBN刀具切削力和刀具寿命的影响.试验结果表明:准静态力与断续冲击力随钝圆半径的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势;断续冲击力与准静态力的差值称之为冲击力,它真实地反映了断续切削时刀具所受冲击大小,径向冲击力随钝圆半径的增大呈先减小后增大的趋势;刀具...

| Abstract: | A study was undertaken to investigate the influence of the edge radius to cutting force and tool life of the polycrystalline cubic boron nitride(PCBN) cutting tools during the test process of interrupted cutting ADI.The testing results show that the quasi-static force and interrupted impulse force decrease after increasing first along with the increasing of edge radius,the impact force,which is the difference between interrupted impulse force and quasi-static force and can actually reflect the degree of imp... |
