摘    要:中部槽的寿命决定刮板输送机的过煤量,焊缝开裂、槽间凸凹端头断裂是其主要失效形式。分析推溜过程中槽间联接受力,把复杂受力情况简化为静载荷。通过实例计算得出影响槽间联接强度的因素,对中部槽端头提出改进措施。

Abstract:The service life of the linepan of the scraper conveyor directly decides the amount of tolal coal flow.Most of linepan connectors are damaged from welding crack and fracture.Analyzes the forces acting on the linepan during its push-moving process.Through a calculation example and simplifying the dynamic forces as static,finds out the main factors of connector strength.Some measures for improving linepan tips are proposed.
