内螺纹数控铣削原理及应用

摘    要:根据产品螺孔实际加工需求,提出了应用加工中心铣削螺纹的方法,介绍了整体硬质合金螺纹铣刀切削螺纹的原理,并根据铣削要求选用了螺纹铣刀,生成了G代码加工程序,满足了产品实际加工需求.

Abstract:Based on screw machining demand,the paper brings the method of milling screw applying machining center,introduces the principle of cutting screw about integer horniness alloy worm milling cutter.Selecting worm milling cutter,creating G code process program based on milling demand.Consequently the product machining demand is satisfied.
