摘    要:针对大运量、大倾角、长距离、高带速工况下使用的ST5400型高强度阻燃防撕裂钢绳芯输送带接头硫化工艺进行了专题研究,结合矿上生产实际情况,制定了完善合理地硫化工艺和操作工序,保证了接头的硫化质量和强度。

Abstract:The fluidization glued joint technique of ST5400 steel wire rope core conveyor with high resistant inflaming retarding against rip is a special subject to research in view of large transportation,big obliquity,long distance and high velocity.According to the actual production condition at coal mine,the complete and reasonable fluidization technique and operation procedure is established,which ensures the fluidization quality and strength of joint.
