摘    要:研究了本室研制的柔性分子链界面改性剂包覆的高岭土(kaolin)刚性粒子增韧的短切玻璃纤维(CF)增强的混杂复合方式,对聚丙烯/高岭土(PP/kaolin)填充材料强度和韧性的影响。

Abstract:For the filled composite, toughness and modulus are two most important performances, but it is very difficult that both good toughness and high modulus were acquired by means of common methods, for instance, adding rubbery elastomer into filled system.In this work,a new modification method was carried out using modifier with flexible molecular segment coated kaolin as a toughener and short glass fibre as a reinforier were added.The effects of the hybridized filled method on stiffiness and toughness of PP/kaolin filled composites also were studied with the help of scanning electorn microscopy(SEM)and mechanical tests. The results indicate that the above-mentioned method is advantageous to not only the improvement of toughness but also the keeping of high modulus which was given by the adding of filler and high loading of filler for filled composite.
