摘    要:探讨了铁炭内电解-还原沉淀工艺处理含铬废水的机理和可行性,对工艺参数进行了单因素试验,并通过正交试验确定了优化工艺参数。结果表明,进水pH值等于2.0,Cr6+的质量浓度为50 mg/L,微电解接触时间为16 min,原水与铁炭床出水混合的体积比为1:14,还原反应时间为25 min时,处理后Cr6+的去除率达到100%,与常规铁炭内电解工艺相比该工艺可以节省15%的处理成本。

Abstract:The mechanism and the feasibility of the iron-carbon internal electrolysis-reduction precipitation process were discussed,a single-factor experiment was made upon the process parameters,and then,the optimal process parameter were finally determined through the orthogonal tests.The results showed that,when the pH value was 2.0,the mass concentration of Cr6 was 50 mg/L,the micro-electrolysis contact time was 16 min,the volume ratio between the wastewater and the effluent water from iron-carbon bed were 1 : 14,the reduction reaction time was 25 min,the removal rate of Cr6 reached 100% through the treatment,comparing with the common internal electrolysis technology,the said process could reduce the treatment cost by 15%.
