| 摘 要： | 介绍了石油套管的重要性、石油套管生产线的组成、工作流程以及生产线中输送线和各工位线的工作过程,阐述了生产线控制系统设计中PLC的选用及配置、输送线和各工位线的控制原则,简单说明了PLC程序的编制和调试,并应用于实际工程中,取得了良好的经济效益,对工程应用具有一定的参考价值.

| Abstract: | It introduced the petroleum casings importance, its product line's constitution and working flow, and the working process of the transporting line and each working place; expanded in the selection and the configuration of PLC, the controlling principal of transporting line and each working place, and illuminated the PLC programs programming and debugging methods, and used in practical engineering, achieves favorable economic benefits, and has a certain extent of reference value to engineering application. |
