特厚煤层综采放顶煤一次采全高技术

摘    要:针对特厚煤层综采放顶煤一次采全高的采煤工艺、巷道支护、端头支护、施工组织、安全管理、区队管理等环节中存在的问题,某矿在实践中不断探索,创新防止工作面设备下滑技术、端面破碎顶煤的控制技术、工作面压架防治技术和自动清煤技术。实践表明,特厚煤层综采放顶煤一次采全高技术经过不断完善取得了成功,月单产达到33.06万t,目前已完成1311、1313两个工作面的开采。

Abstract:Based on super high seam fully mechanized top coal caving mining all height at one time Technology, roadway support, end support, construction organization, safety management, the problems existing in the management link, some mine continuously explored in practice, prevented the decline in mining equipment technology innovation, end breakage on the control technology of the top- coal, working face pressure control technology and automatic cleaning coal technology. Practice showed that super high seam fully mechanized top coal caving mining all height at one time technology achieved success by constantly improving, yielded up to 330600 t in single month, finished the 1311 and 1313 working face mining.
