高位裂隙带瓦斯抽放技术研究

摘    要:针对风排瓦斯难以解决瓦斯超限这一问题,以工程实例为背景,根据瓦斯涌出来源分析结果,结合煤层的赋存情况,制定高位裂隙带瓦斯抽放工艺,并对抽放施工设备及施工量进行介绍。结果表明:该工艺确保了22114工作面在回采期间不受瓦斯影响,降低瓦斯涌出量,对提高煤矿瓦斯抽采效率、确保煤矿生产安全具有重要的应用价值。

Abstract:Based on wind ventilation without the ability to solve gas overrun problem, an engineering project was taken as an example, according to the results of the gas emission source analysis, combined with coal seam occurrence, high fissure zone gas drainage process was settled, drainage construction equipment and construction were introduced. The results showed that: this technology ensured that the 22114 working face was not affected by the gas during mining, reduced the gas emission, showed important application value for improving the efficiency of coal mine gas extraction and ensuring the safety production in mine.
