综采工作面快速收尾工艺研究

摘    要:葛泉矿随着生产能力的提升,工作面开采速度随之加快,但由于受矿井地质条件日趋复杂的限制,布置正规大型工作面日益减少,从而导致搬家倒面次数相应增多。该矿平均每年要进行6~8次搬家,生产能力的提升受到制约。葛泉矿积极探索创新,在经历了1523大倾角工作面等一系列地质条件复杂工作面的搬家倒面工作后,形成了较为成熟的搬家倒面工艺。

Abstract:With Gequan Mine production capacity improving, the working face mining speed quickening, due to the limitation of complicated mine geological conditions, arrangement of regular large face shrinking, led to move down surface number increasing accordingly. The mine moved for 6~ 8 times per year on average, production capacity constrained. In view of the constraints, Gequan Mine actively explored innovation, after the 1523 working face of large tilt angle face and a series of complicated geological conditions moving down surface work, after the 1523 working face of large tilt angle face and a series of complicated geological conditions moving down surface work.
