基于钻屑法的瓦斯抽放钻孔封孔长度研究

摘    要:为了提高瓦斯抽放效率,明确合理的瓦斯抽放钻孔封孔长度,基于对瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔深度影响因素的分析,结合巷帮应力分布状态,采用钻屑法对瓦斯抽放钻孔封孔长度进行了研究。研究表明,瓦斯抽采钻孔的封孔深度须穿过巷帮卸压区,进入应力升高区才能起到较好的封孔效果。运用钻屑法测定南岭煤矿4101工作面卸压带范围和应力峰值所在位置,确定了其合理封孔深度为8~10 m,通过现场应用表明,瓦斯抽采效率提高25%以上。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of gas drainage, clearing the reasonable gas drainage drilling hole sealing length, based on the factors affecting gas extraction from drilling hole sealing depth analysis, combined with the lane for the stress distribution state, drilling cuttings method was adopted to study gas drainage drilling hole sealing length. The result showed the gas extraction of drilling hole sealing depth for unloading area must be through the lane, only entering the higher stress area can play a good hole sealing effect. Drilling cuttings method measured Nanling Mine 4101 working face unloading zone and the peak stress position, reasonable hole depth of 8 ~ 10 m was settled, through the field application showed that gas extraction efficiency was improved by more than 25%.
