在材料厚度临界值时封头设计厚度的选取

摘    要:阐述了材料力学性能随板厚范围变化而变化的问题;举例说明当考虑封头加工成形减薄量而增加板厚时,在相同设计温度条件下,由于板厚的增加有些材料许用应力会相应降低,导致封头成形后的最小厚度不能满足强度要求。总结了当封头设计厚度处于相应材料厚度临界值时,设计人员应适当增加最小设计厚度、工艺人员应考虑尽量减小成形减薄量,以保证封头成形后的最小厚度仍能满足强度要求。

Abstract:The article illustrates that material mechanics function with the change of its thickness and when a head thickness corresponding critical value of material thickness. Some examples are taken to indicate that when the manufacturing staff increasing the thickness to form the head, some allowable stress will be reduced in the same conditions, which will result in the smallest thickness can not meet the strength requirements. Meanwhile, the minimum thickness of design should be increased accordingly. Designers should consider to minimize the forming of thinning to ensure that the minimum thickness can meet strength requirements.
