隔河岩水电站机组推力轴承改塑料瓦的研究

摘    要:隔河岩水电站推力轴承为小弹簧多点支撑结构,钨金瓦面。由于推力轴承运行温度高,油的雾化逸出比较严重,所以必须对推力轴承进行改造。研究发现,塑料瓦承载能力强、运行温度低,明显优于钨金瓦;但是塑料瓦的故障扩大性比钨金瓦严重,小弹簧支撑结构推力轴承应用塑料瓦的技术还不成熟,因此隔河岩机组推力轴承不适合进行塑料瓦改造。最终是通过改造油箱上密封盖板,解决了油的雾化逸出问题。

Abstract:The thrust bearing of Geheyan hydroelectric power station is supported by many small springs,babbitt thrust pads.oil atomization and runaway is relative serious because the high running temperature of thrust bearing,so thrust bearing must be changed.Investigation indicate plastic thrust pads can bear more weights and can keep lower running temperature than babbitt thrust pads,but plastic thrust pads is more easy enlarged it's failure,and no plastic thrust pads be used in thrust bearing supported by many small springs up to now,so Geheyan generator thrust bearing don't fit changing it's babbitt thrust pads.Finally eliminate it's oil atomization and runaway by change it's top sealing cover of thrust oil tank.
