坝体石料级配的爆破预测模型及爆破技术研究

摘    要:堆石料开采控制爆破技术不但要控制其最大粒径,还要控制其石料级配,按给定的级配进行爆破。文章从爆破石料的颗粒组成的R—R分布函数入手,建立了堆石料爆破块度和级配预测模型,并据此对爆破参数进行设计、调整。通过工程实例的验证,证明采用这一方法,可以使爆破后石料粒径和级配达到比较满意的工程效果。

Abstract:Controlled blasting technique of rockfill material exploitation controls not only the maximum grain size but also the gradation of the stone.Start with the R-R distribution function of blasting stone grain composition,the paper builds the forecast model of the block size and gradation of the rockfill material,and then designs and adjusts the parameters.The engineering example shows that using this method could get the better engineering effect on grain size and gradation after blasting.
