超高压封层工具密封机构的试验研究

摘    要:针对普通胶筒密封遵循接触式密封理论所存在的问题,提出了封隔器胶筒"完全防突"的设计理论。对普通密封机构和"完全防突"密封机构的密封能力做了对比试验和分析,结果表明"完全防突"密封机构在140 MPa的超高压差下仍能保持密封。提出超高压密封机构设计方案和试验模型,并进行了室内试验,试验中密封压差达到106 MPa,表明该密封机构能承受超高压密封。超高压密封机构采取两端支承设计,有效地提高了胶筒的密封性能,为井下超高压封层工具设计提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem concerning the contact-sealing theory for the common packing element,the design theory of "complete anti-extrusion" is put forward.The comparison test and analysis of the sealing ability are carried out with the maximum sealing pressure difference of 140 MPa.In addition,the design scheme and test model of super-high pressure sealing mechanism are raised and the indoor experiment is performed with the sealing pressure difference of 106 MPa,indicating that the sealing mechanism can withstand super-high pressure sealing.The sealing mechanism is designed with two-end supporting,effectively improving the sealing performance of the packing element and providing the reliable basis for designing the super-high pressure packing tool.
