高密度聚乙烯技术进展

摘    要:自1953年在低压下使乙烯聚合生成HDPE,迄今已有50多年,高密度聚乙烯的开发生产突飞猛进,技术进展突出表现在催化剂开发的进展、生产工艺技术的进展。对高密度聚乙烯的发展进行简单介绍,对当前高密度聚乙烯主要技术及特点进行说明,对其产品研发及技术发展趋势进行分析,对高密度聚乙烯的发展提供一定参考。

Abstract:It has been over 50 years since polymerization of high density polyethylene took place at low pressure in 1953, the development of HDPE technology is rapid, mainly it focus on catalyst development and process technology development. This article simply introduce the dovelopment of high density polyethylene, and some important technology patent of the world polyethylene industry and describe technology specialty respectively. The article analyze the product researching and the developing trend of HDPE, give some advice for HDPE development.
