| 摘 要： | 本文主要介绍了生鲜奶中体细胞数的作用、检测方法以及国内外的应用现状，讨论了体细胞数的影响因素及其控制措施．建议在我国开展牛群的体细胞数控制，从而提高生鲜奶的产量和质量。

| Abstract: | oThis paper mainly gave a general introduction about somatic cells counts (SCC), including its concept, effects, test methods and present applications. The factors affecting SCC and the methods controlling SCC were also discussed. It was suggested that the SCC in herds should be controlled for improving the quality and quantity of raw milk in our country. |
