| 摘 要： | 一方面是蓬勃发展的物流业正释放着巨大的利润空间,另一方面是煤炭行业的物流成本多年来一直居于各行业前列。面对着这样的形势,将原来的煤炭企业物资管理部门剥离出来,建立第三方物流公司,以此作为煤炭企业新的增值点的可行性进行了分析,并对第三方物流企业发展进行了战略构思。
