| Abstract: | Not only the importance of equipotential bonding for constructs is described but also the definition standard and requirement of equipotential bonding and the measure standard is stated in this paper.The measure principle and implementation method of equipotentially bonded resistors using the unbalanced bridge is described and the principle of instruments for measuring it is also introduced as well. |
