| 摘 要： | 分析了高层屋面保温层积水渗漏的特点和原因。通过采取对屋面结构层涂刷防水涂膜、对保温层加设排汽槽和排汽管的措施,在工程实践中对渗水问题进行了有效解决。

| Abstract: | The characteristics and causes of water accumulation and leakage in insulation layer of tall building roof are analyzed.The prevention for leakage in tall building roof is adopted including using waterproof coating on roof structure layer and increasing exhaust groove and exhaust pipe in insulation layer.The results show that the leakage in insulation is resolved. |
