粉末冶金产品水蒸气处理条件的研究

摘    要:水蒸气处理工艺被广泛地运用于粉末冶金零件的封孔处理.本文针对影响水蒸气处理效果的压力、温度、时间、水蒸气与H2比例等各因素做详细的解析.从宏观和微观上分析其对水蒸气处理效果的影响机理及其最终效果,从而为生产工艺的制定提供切实可行的依据.

Abstract:Steam treatment is widely used in powder metallurgy in order to seal holes exiting in products.The pressure,temperature,time and the ratio between H2O and H2 were analysed in detail,which play an important role in steam treatment.The influence mechanism and final effect of each factor in steam treatment were analysed macroscopically and microscopically,which can provide a practical basis for the establishment of production technology.
