微波辐射下负载型脱硫吸附剂的制备

摘    要:利用水溶液离子交换法,在微波辐射条件下制备负载Cu2+、Zn2+的5A分子筛脱硫吸附剂.考察了交换原液浓度、微波辐射时间、微波辐射功率对交换度的影响.结果表明,对交换度的影响大小为交换原液浓度>微波辐射时间>微波辐射功率.同时发现,微波加热法比常温静置法快约7.5倍;在100℃长时间的加热条件下,Zn2+与5A分子筛不仅发生离子交换反应,还可能发生其它的化学反应.

Abstract:5A molecular sieve adsorbents loading Cu2+,Zn2+ had been prepared at the condition of microwave irradiation by ion-exchange reaction.The effects of cation concentration,microwave irradiation time and microwave irradiation power on the extent of ion-exchange were investigated.The results showed that the degree of affection on the extent of ion-exchange was in the following order: cation concentration>microwave irradiation time>microwave irradiation power.As compared with conventional static ion-exchange meth...
