摘    要:通过分析某电厂600MW超临界机组阀序特点,确定了阀序控制特性的试验研究方法,基于此方法并经过特定负荷下不同阀序的热力性能试验,得出了机组的最优阀序控制特性,降低了机组热耗值,对于同类型机组的优化运行有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:A experimental study method was gotten through the analysis of the 600MW supercritical steam turbine valve sequence control of one power plant,and based on this method,thermal performance test of the unit had been done under different valve sequences with fixed load.A optimal valve sequence characteristic which make the unit heat rate decreased heavily was finally acquired.It's of some significance to other similar unit's optimal operation.
