ZL104铝合金热处理工艺研究

摘    要:研究了固溶、时效和固溶+时效处理对ZL104铝合金组织和性能的影响,并对处理后的试样进行了硬度和腐蚀性试验,对比不同热处理工艺下其性能的不同。结果表明,经固溶+时效处理其硬度有明显的提高,固溶处理的耐腐蚀性最好。

Abstract:Effect of solution,aging,solution and aging treatments on the structure and properties of ZL104 aluminum alloy was studied and the hardness and corrosion resistance test was measured.The properties of the alloys after different heat treatments were compared.The results showed that the hardness could be remarkably increased with solution and aging treatments and the corrosion resistance was best with solution treatment.
