摘    要:通过对X210CrW12钢衬板材料微观分析及表面测试,研究了其磨损特性及磨料的种类以及粒度对磨损特性的影响。结果表明:X21CrW12 钢衬板的主要磨损形式为犁沟和疲劳,在所选用的磨料中,石英对衬板的磨损速率最大。

Abstract:By virtue of microscopic analysis and surface test on steel lining material model X210CrW12 this paper studies its wear characteristics and influence of grinding material's sorts and fine- nesses on the wear characteristics. The results show that the major wear modes of steel lining model X210CrW12 is plow groove and fatigue. When quartz is taken as grinding material the lining is worn fastest than any other grinding materials having been selected.
