摘    要:
通过理论分析和实验测量,基本上确定了X射线本底产生的原因,并采取了有效的克服办法。使X射线引起的本底计数降低到原来的2/5。极大地提高了14C的探测效率和样品测量的精确度及丰度灵敏度。

Abstract:
Through theoretical analysis and careful experiments, the origin of X- ray background in the mini- cyclotron was deduced and some methods to suppress it were described. As a result, the background counts have been reduced to 2/5 of the original value, which has greatly improved the detection efficiency, measurement precision and abundance sensitivity of the sensitive mini- cyclotron accelerator mass Spectrometer.
