| 摘 要： | 本文根据党务管理的实际情况，通过对党务工作的信息进行动态采集、整理、统计、汇总，并将全部信息分类，以党务管理为主线，结合MIS开发和数据库技术，以SQL Sever 2000为平台，利用Visual Basic 6.0为开发工具，介绍开发党务管理信息系统的设计思想。
