一步法松香改性十二烷基酚醛树脂的合成

摘    要:在氧化镁催化剂存在下。用一步法工艺由松香、十二烷基酚、反丁烯二酸、固体甲醛等合成松香改性十二烷基酚醛树脂,确定了松香改性十二烷基酚醛树脂的最佳组成:松香、反丁烯二酸、酚醛、季戊四醇用量分别为50%~55%,1.5%,2%,35%-40%,10%-15%,酚醛摩尔比为1:2。考察了反丁烯二酸用量、烷基酚结构、甲醛种类对产品性能的影响。

Abstract:Rosin modified dodecylphenolic resin was synthesized from rosin, fumaric acid, dodecylphenol and formaldehyde,etc.as raw material in the presence of magnesium oxide by one - step method.The optimum composition of rosin modified dodecylphenolic resin was determined as follows: the contents of rosin, fumaric acid, phenolic aldehyde,pentaerythritol were 50% - 55% ,1.5% - 2% ,35% - 40% ,10% - 15% respectively and molar ratio of dodecylphenolic to formaldehyde was 1:2. The effects of fumaric acid amount, alkylphenol structure and formaldehyde kinds on the properties such as viscosity, solubility and softening point were examined.
