| 摘 要： | 文章从实现平流层通信系统的角度出发，扼要地介绍了４７ＧＨＺ的平流层移动通信系统和２ＧＨＺ的平流层移动通信系统的参数，对平流层通信系统的主要性能进行了初步的分析，并对平流层通信系统和地面通信系统与卫星通信系统的不同进行了比较，最后还讨论了平流层通信系统的应用前景和有待解决的主要问题。

| Abstract: | In this paper,two types of telecommunication system are described which are based on stratospheric communication platform,to show how to realize a stratospheric communication sysrem.Various differences between stratospheric commuication systems,terrsetrial systems and satellite systems are investigated and compared.The main performance for a stratospheric communication system is analyzed,finally,its application prospect and some problems for this technolony are discussed. |
