无机盐催化高酸值油脂酯化反应的研究

摘    要:以高酸值油脂和甲醇为原料,研究了六种无机盐在生物柴油酯化反应中的催化活性。结果表明,硫酸氢钠的催化酯化活性最好,并得到最优化条件如下:醇酸物质的量10:1,反应温度70℃,反应时间300min,催化剂用量4%,酯化率达到90.5%。优化条件下,二次酯化率达到98%。且催化剂易回收,具有良好的重复使用性能。

Abstract:Catalytic activity of six inorganic salts in the esterification of high acid value oil with methanol was studied. Results showed that catalytic activity of sodium hydrogen sulfate was the best . The optimal parameters of esterification were as follows : molar ratio of methanol to oil 10: 1 , reaction temperature 70℃, reaction time 300rain and the amount of sodium hydrogen sulfate 4% ,the transformation rate was 90. 5% , use two steps esterification , the transformation rate was 98%. The catalyst could be recovered easily and used repeatedly.
