摘    要:设计了一种基于USB的表面粗糙度虚拟测量仪。该仪器利用激光三角法测量原理,借助Lab—VIEW软件开发平台,运用模块化设计,可实现对精密检测平面无损伤、快速、高精度的表面粗糙度测量。与同类产品相比,具有结构简单、实时处理能力强、测试精度高、显示结果直观、操作简便等优点。

Abstract:A kind of virtual measuring apparatus for surface roughness was designed, which works based on oblique incidence laser trigonometry, developed in the software environment LabVIEW, realized with black-based design, and used in measuring surface roughness for high-precision plane non-destructively, rapidly and accurately. Compared with similar products, the apparatus is advantage of simple structure, powerful real-time processing capability, high-precision measurement, visual display, easy operation, etc.
