摘    要:研究了利用微波加热干燥闪锌矿的新工艺,对微波干燥闪锌矿的失水特性进行了研究,实验证实微波干燥闪锌矿全过程分为加速、恒速和降速三个阶段;通过对试验数据的回归分析,获得了微波干燥闪锌矿的数学模型,采用Boltzmann模型拟合最佳,同时对该模型的参数进行了分析和讨论,结果表明干燥速率先逐渐增加;然后逐渐减少,与根据试验数据分析出的结果相吻合.

Abstract:A study is made on the new technology of drying sphalerite by means of microwave heating.The dehydrating characteristics are obtained.The experimental results show that the whole drying process could be divided into 3 stages,e.g.initial drying stage,constant rate drying stage and reducing rate drying stage,which indicates that the regression model of microwave drying on sphalerite is in accordance with the equation: Boltzmann.At the same time,the parameters in this model are analyzed and discussed.The findings indicate drying rate increases gradually,and then it decreases step by step,which matches the experimental results.
