涤纶短纤维切断刀的发展现状

摘    要:从涤纶短纤维切断刀的材质和制造工艺两方面分析了切断刀的发展现状:YS2硬质合金切断刀替代了Cr12MoV材质的切断刀,采用表面处理或激光熔覆技术可降低切断刀的成本。指出切断刀的发展趋势是改进其材质和制造工艺:采用硬质合金材料可有效提高切断刀的使用寿命,进一步降低切断刀变形,刃口缺陷等。

Abstract:The development status of cutters for PET staple fiber was analyzed from two aspects of material and production technology. The service life of cutters can be prolonged efficiently by using YS2 cemented carbide alloy instead of Crl2MoV, and the cutter deformation and edge defect can be avoided greatly. The production cost can be reduced by using surface treatment and laser cladding technology. The development trend of cutters was focused on material and production technology.
