摘    要:传统的搅拌设备手工设计过程耗时且易出错 ,鉴于设计的复杂性和经验知识为主的特点 ,采用将其和专家系统技术相结合的方法 ,以实现搅拌设备的智能化计算机辅助设计。对搅拌设备的过程设计思想和算法 ,以及过程因素之间的相互关系进行了分析。认为如何将数值计算、定性推理和复杂的设计流程、大量的数据查询完美地结合起来 ,是系统开发的首要解决问题和实现的关键。对此智能化设计系统的实现方法、开发环境、功能结构和主要特点及难点进行了阐述。

Abstract:The traditional manual design of mixing equipment is time consuming and error prone and hence can benefit from automation. In consideration of the complexity and the knowledge intensive feature of design, the intelligent computer-aided preliminary process design system for mixing equipment was developed by means of integrating expert system technology into process design field. The design strategy and algorithm for mixing equipment, as well as the interrelation of engineering factors were analyzed. How to integrate numerical calculation, qualitative reasoning, complicated design methodology and large numbers of data query operation perfectly was the key of system implementation. The function structure, the implementation strategy, the development environment, main characteristics and difficulties of the intelligent design system were discussed.
