微细群缝的精密电解加工研究

摘    要:以某辐射状分布微细群缝结构的电解加工为研究对象,讨论了电解液、工件材料、加工速度等因素对加工精度的影响,结合研制的加工电极设计流场分布,优化加工参数,实现了以较高的效率加工出缝宽小至0.27mm的微细群缝结构,缝宽一致均匀,加工稳定性和重复性均好。

Abstract:In electrochemical machining(ECM) processes of certain radicalized micro multi grooves, the impacts of electrolytes, machined materials and feed rates on the machining accuracy were discussed. Radicalized electrode machined by electrical discharge machining(EDM) was used as the tool, whose laminated ribs correspond with the multigrooves to be machined one by one. With the optimized flow field design and the optimized experimental parameters,the multi-groove structure of uniform groove width was prepared high efficiently, and the minimum groove width, 0.27mm, is obtained. And the processing stability as well as accuracy repetition are guaranteed.
