摘    要:针对感应炉温度高、电磁干扰强的特点,提出了采用辐射式光纤传感技术,利用光纤非接触测量炉内热辐射发光亮度的方法,该方法能够快速准确的测得熔融金属的温度值,不受电磁干扰的影响,比消耗贵重金属的高温热电偶节约了成本.给出了测量电路的组成,并与标准铂-铑热电偶的测量值进行了比较。

Abstract:Aim at the characteristic of induction furnace temperature and electromagnetism disturb strong higher, this paper put forward a method that technology adopt the optical fiber to measure the radiate light brightness, not get in touch with the inside furnace. The temperature value of melt metal can be accurate measured by this method quickly and not affected by electromagnetism. Compared with thermocouple of high temperature of consuming noble metal, have economized cost. Have given the composition of measurement circuit, and compared with standard Platinum- Rhodium thermocouple by the value of temperature measurement.
