铝合金毫米波构件真空钎焊工艺

摘    要:针对毫米波构件高精度的技术要求,采用真空钎焊焊接方法解决了手工火焰钎焊方法尺寸变形大、焊缝圆角难以控制等焊接难题。在分析构件结构特征的基础上,设计了合适的真空钎焊焊接工装,通过试验制定出毫米波构件的真空钎焊焊接工艺。对焊接后的构件进行检验,检验结果证明真空钎焊在毫米波构件的制造时具有技术优势。

Abstract:According to the high precision technical requirement of millimeter-wave component,the vacuum brazing is applied to solve the problem of the dimension transformation and the controlled of welding fillet.Based on the analysis of the component structure character,the suitable welding fixture is designed,and the vacuum brazing welding parameter of the millimeter-wave component is constituted based on the experiment.The welded component is tested,the result indicates that the vacuum brazing has the obviously technique advantage on the millimeter-wave component manufacture.
