摘    要:用离子交换树脂一步法合成选矿油。采用气相色谱法测定醇含量,通过对比表明气相色语法不权能分析一元醇含量而且能测定松油醇的含量,具有方便、快捷的优点。探讨了反应温度、反应时间和水相回用对醇及松油醇含量变化的影响,找到了最佳的操作条件。生产周期只需8-10h,比二步法工艺缩短时间一倍以上。该工艺具有操作简便、原料消耗少、能耗低等优点,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:The new one - step - method of synthesizing floatation oil with ion exchange resin was studied and applied. Terpinol and monobasic alcohol were determined by gas chromatography, which has many advantages such as shorter period and more accurate data in comparison with the method of phosphoric acid - deducted water. The best conditions of operation were obtained by studying the relation between yield of terpinol/monobasic alcohol and reaction temperature , reaction time and the repeat use of liquid phase remains. Period of production was shorter 8 hours than two - step - method. The new technology has many advantages such as more convenient operations, less waste materials and lower energy. It was fit for industrialized produce.
