摘    要:介绍了API基于风险检验的定量分析和定性分析两种基本方法,重点叙述了扬子石化股份公司芳烃厂高压加氢裂化装置,运用挪威船级社ORBIT软件,开展基于风险检验的定量分析的工作情况、风险结果及处置方法,同时简单说明了基于风险检验的应用体会。

Abstract:This article introduced the quantitative analysis and qualitative analy sis two basic methods according to the Risk-Based Inspection of API , described the status and result and method of RBI quantitative analysis according to Det Norske Veritas's ORBIT software in High Pressure Hydrogenation Cracking Set of A romatic Plant of YangZi Petrochemical Company Limited,and explained the cognitio n of RBI application in brief at the same time.
