摘    要:在某黄金冶炼厂的生产过程中发现,含氰水系统中的硫酸根浓度逐渐升高。当气温降低时,产生的硫酸钠结晶严重时影响正常生产。本文分析了冶炼厂水系中硫酸根升高原因,采用冷冻结晶和化学沉淀法使硫酸根浓度降低,进而避免了结晶的生成。

Abstract:In the process of production of a gold smelter, it was found that the concentration of sulfate in the cyanide-containing water system increased gradually. When the temperature drops, the production of sodium sulfate crystallization serious affect the normal production. In this paper, the reasons for the rise of sulfate in the water system of smelting plant are analyzed. The freezing crystallization and chemical precipitation method are used to reduce the concentration of sulfate, thus avoiding the formation of crystallization.
