A study on The Reverse Logistics Recovery System of Plastic Packaging under The Background of Low Carbon Economy

With the development of low-carbon economy,the recycling of plastic packaging waste has become a hot topic.To solve this problem,this paper introduced a reverse logistics recycling system in line with the concept of low-carbon economic development mainly driven by garbage collection stations,packaging manufacturers,and express delivery enterprises.But many problems still exist in the present reverse logistics recycling system that need the cooperation of the government,enterprises and consumers so as to improve this system and the effectiveness of plastic packaging recycling,and to provide support for the development and healthy operation of low-carbon economy.
