摘    要:针对装配工艺规划中大量存在的非稳定子装配体及其人工判断困难的问题,提出了非稳定子装配体的判别方法及其装夹方案的选择方法。分析了子装配体非稳定性的产生机理,提出了子装配体内部分离自由度分析模型的计算方法和运算规则,给出了子装配体非稳定性判定条件及其装夹零件的选择算法和选用原则。通过对子装配体的非稳定判别及装夹分析计算,不但可以提高装夹方案的制定效率和准确性,而且能发现子装配体中面向装配的设计错误。实例表明,该方法具有较强的实用性。

Abstract:Facing to the difficulties in manual judging subassembly unstability that usually appears in assembly process planning, unstability discrimination and clamping scheme selection were provided to help engineers to plan the assembly process of subassembly. On the basis of analyzing the causes of subassembly unstability in assembly activities, the analysis model and calculation method of degrees of inner separating freedom of subassembly were further expatiated on. Then some discriminating criteria of unstable subassembly were put forward. The rules and algorithm of selecting clamped part among unstable subassembly were given to assist designing clamping scheme. Finally, the given case shows that the above methods can increase the correctness and efficiency of assembly planning, find the design errors for assembly in subassembly as well.
