| 摘 要： | 采用胶体滴定法测定阳离子淀粉取代度。研究表明，胶体滴定法测定阳离子淀粉取代度操作简便、快速、测量结果准确、重现性好，是一种新型的测定阳离子淀粉取代度的方法。

| Abstract: | Determination of the degree of substitution of cationic starch by colloid titration was studied in this paper.The result showed that colloid titration has many advantages,such as simply operation,speediness,accuracy and good repeatability.It is a new way of determining the degree of substitution of cationic starch. |
