摘    要:
阐述了在建150kt/a合成氨工程改建为200kt/a甲醇装置的必要性和基本思路;探讨了改建净化系统、压缩系统、合成系统的工艺技术以及新建甲醇装置的三塔精馏工艺和贮运系统的技术方案;分析了改产后的优势及遗留问题,提出了解决办法和措施。

Abstract:
Necessity and basic train of thought were described for 150 kt/a ammonia synthesis project being built to be changed to construct a methanol plant with a capacity of 200 kt/a; process technology was discussed for changing-building shift system, compression system and synthesis system, and technical scheme was also discussed for three towers refining process and storing-conveying in newly building methanol plant; advantage after production changing and left over problem were analyzed, solving method and measures were presented.
