摘    要:为了满足国际海事组织通过的MARPOL协定VI排放要求,实现Tier III限值,对当前船用柴油机节能减排技术进行了总结,提出了引擎排放内部技术、排气后的处理技术和集成能源综合利用技术,采取燃油-水乳化、加压空气加湿、废气再循环、SCR选择性催化、DOC氧化催化与PDF过滤器组合等方法,经验证表明,NOx、CO等废气排放量满足MOTier III要求,可有效降低柴油机的污染排放。

Abstract:To meet the VI emission requirements of IMO MARPOL convention and achieve TierIII limits , the current Energy -saving Technologies of Marine Diesel Engine have been summarized. Engine emission technology, after - exhaust treatment technology and the comprehensive utilization technology of integrated energy have been proposed by means of watered fuel emulsion, pressurized air humidification, ex- haust recirculation,SCR, DOC and PDF. The discharge of exhaust such as NOx, CO is proved to meet the requirements of MOTierIII. The pollution produced marine diesel engine can be effectively reduced. Various techniques might be combined to achieve the optional exhaust emissions.
