摘    要:本文分析了现行抗震设计规范(TJ 11—78)的抗震设防标准,以随机事件发生的概率来确定抗震设防中“罕遇的大地震”与“发生概率密度最大的中、小地震”的定义。通过对地震危险性结果的统计分析,得到了“发生概率密度最大的中、小地震”,烈度与基本烈度的关系以及基本烈度分別为7、8、9度地区“罕遇的大震”烈度的对应值;为贯彻“小震不坏、大震不倒”的抗震设计原则提供了依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the anti-seismic level in the current aseismic design code (TJ 11-78) is analyzed. The definitions of "rarely occurred strong earthquake" and "frequently occurred moderate and small earthquakes" , i.e. the moderate and small earthquakes which occurred with higher probability density, are determined by probability of random events. According to the statistical analysis of the results of seismic hazards, the relations of basic intensity to the intensity of frequently occurred moderate and small earthquakes are obtained, and the corresponding intensity values for rarely occurred strong ear(?)hquake in regions with basic intensity 7,8 or 9 respectively are given. This paper provides a base for carrying out the aseismic design principle, namely no damage under small earthquakes and no collapse under strong earthquakes.
