斯特林发动机润滑系统模拟分析

摘    要:应用专业管路仿真软件对某斯特林发动机润滑系统进行了管路模拟分析。计算得到了满足曲轴箱润滑要求的油泵背压;并分别讨论了不同设计参数变化对管路系统的影响。分析表明:单位体积流量的变化,直接决定了背压大小,二者之间存在很好的线性关系;当滤清器过滤面的等效直径大于前端进口管路直径时,过滤面积的大小并不会对系统产生太大的影响;转轴转速的变化,对油泵背压的影响可忽略。

Abstract:The lubrication system of Stirling Engine was analyzed using Flowmaster software. The backpressure of oil pump was calculated to meet the requirements of lubrication in crankcase. The influence of various design parameters on the pipeline system was discussed respectively. The analysis results indicates that the value of backpressure is determined by volumetric displacement, with linear relationship between them; the effect of filter area is little as the equivalent diameter of filter is bigger than the front inlet diameter; the effect of shaft speed on back-pressure of oil pump can be neglected.
