中速机连杆工艺研究及夹具设计

摘    要:针对某中速机两段式连杆传统加工工艺存在的问题,通过工艺研究和夹具设计对传统加工工艺进行了改进。实际生产表明:改进后的加工工艺不仅使产品满足图纸的技术要求,而且大大提高了生产效率,降低了制造成本,符合批量生产的要求。

Abstract:Aimed at the machining of two-section connecting rods for medium-speed engine, through machining technology and grip device design, the traditional machining technology was improved. Manufacturing experiences show that the improved machining technology could not only satisfy the technical requirements of the layout, but also could greatly improve the production efficiency, reduce manufacturing cost, and meet the demand for mass production.
